Our overall commitment to quality

Quality Occupational Health provides a range of occupational health services which include: occupational medicine, workplace rehabilitation, OHS and risk management, wellness, telemedicine and drug and alcohol screening.

Our aim is to provide these services at the highest standard to a range of industries within NSW and across Australia – either in-house or within client premises.

Our goals are:
• To effectively and efficiently meet customer requirements
• To meet and wherever possible to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Continual improvement of operations and services
• Compliance to all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements

Our commitment to quality is driven by senior management and extends to all levels and functions of our organisation and quality assurance program. All personnel engaged in our services are required to actively support the implementation of this quality policy and associated practices and procedures.

Quality Occupational Health shall implement and maintain a quality management system for these services according to the AS /NZS ISO 9001: 2008 standard. Through staff training, customer focus and continually reviewing key management activities we shall ensure delivery of the highest quality standards in occupational medicine, workplace rehabilitation, OHS & risk management, wellness, telemedicine and drug and alcohol screening.

We aim to lead the industry in service delivery by developing and maintaining a skilled and dedicated team and by providing professional and ethical services.

We shall always maintain the highest ethical standards in our work. Our drug & alcohol screening service operates as an independently quality assured program within the broader activities of Quality Occupational Health.

Our aim is to provide on-site and in-house drug and alcohol screening services of the highest standards to a range of industries within NSW and across Australia.
